No Returns or Exchanges
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns, exchanges, or replacements once an order has been delivered.
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, supplements and consumable products cannot be returned or resold.
Refund Policy

Orders that have been shipped or dispatched are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

Refunds are only applicable if your order is canceled before dispatch.

Once an order is shipped, it is considered final and non-refundable.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@resetsupps.com, including:

Photos of the product and packaging

A short description of the issue
Upon verification, we may, at our discretion, provide a replacement for the affected item.
No monetary refunds will be issued in such cases.
Prepaid Orders Only
We currently accept prepaid orders only.
Cash-on-delivery (COD) is not available.
