1. Order Processing

✔️ All orders are processed within 1 – 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
✔️ Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next working day.
✔️ Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS with tracking details.

2. Shipping & Delivery Time

✔️ Estimated delivery time within India: 3 – 7 business days, depending on your location.
✔️ Delivery to remote or rural areas may take additional time.
✔️ We currently ship only within India.

3. Shipping Charges

✔️ Shipping fees, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
✔️ We may offer free shipping on select orders or promotions — details will be mentioned on our website or product pages.

4. Order Tracking

✔️ Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
✔️ You can use this link to check the live status of your shipment at any time.

5. Delays & Delivery Issues

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays can occasionally occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
Reset Supps is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or factors beyond our control.
If your package appears delayed or lost, please contact us at contact@resetsupps.com, and we’ll help you resolve it with the courier partner.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are accurate when placing your order.
Orders with incomplete or incorrect addresses may be delayed or returned, and additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, tampered, or missing an item:

  • Email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@resetsupps.com.

  • Include your order ID and clear photos of the packaging and product.
    Our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

8. Prepaid Orders Only

We currently accept prepaid orders only.
Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
